Clementine Vanilla Quick Bread

Clementines are my all time favorite snack.  Growing up in Southern California spoiled me with the best citrus all year round.  There's lemon and orange trees growing on every street and I felt like I was eating oranges at every meal. So I was extra excited making this Clementine Vanilla Quick Bread.
