waffles for dinner & waffles for breakfast.

we are running out of food!!

we don't think it's worth it to drive forty minutes to get fresh produce when we are leaving in 3

days! so we are using every last thing left in our kitchen and waffles it is!!

this was a super easy waffle mix, and with only having 2 eggs left in the fridge it worked out

perfect! very light and crispy waffles!

Super Simple Homemade Waffles

2 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. sugar

2 c. milk

2 eggs

1 tbsp. melted butter

1. Separate egg whites from the yolk and beat until light & fluffy.

2. Mix milk, melted butter, sugar, and egg yolks into smaller bowl. Mix until sugar dissolves.

Put dry ingredients in a bigger bowl and pour in wet mixtures. Mix until slightly lumpy.

3. Gently fold in egg whites and cook in the waffle iron!
