4th of July Ice Cream Sandwiches

Fourth of July is this week and it's one of my favorite holidays! I always have the greatest memories from my childhood of spending time with my family, vacationing, eating lots of watermelon and lighting off fireworks with my cousins. This year Landon and I will be heading to Phoenix to visit our good friends and go boating, I'm excited that Landon finally has some time to take off and relax! Yippee!
