Chia seeds are such a superfood benefitting you more than you know! Debloating and giving you plenty of fiber to aid your digestive health, they really should be eaten everyday. One of my favorite drinks is Chia Seed Kombucha, but I don't alway have one on hand and they can get costly always having to buy them at the store.
