Motorcycle Babies

4.18.2013

With Landon being in med school for the last year, we really don't go out nearly as much as we used to. And I guess that's where my blog went from being Little Lady & Landon, to Brittany Wood?  I rarely take pictures when we're together because, well when we're together I don't really feel like bringing out my camera. It's sad, but I guess that's where real life starts coming in.  He goes to school, studies 12 hour days and then somehow eats, sleeps, and finds time for me during that? He's amazing. :)

So we finally got his bike all fixed up and ready to go for the summer and now he is the happiest little boy! Half his heart is for motorcycles and although I used to be freaked out with him riding them here in California, I know it's a part of who he is and now I'm kinda in love with it too.

We hope to go out every Sunday and this last Sunday was our first to start out the season!  We drove up the mountain 25 min. to Mt. Baldy and somehow came across a beautiful stream and tons of beautiful trees?!?! That's so unlike you California!  Sometimes I think it's only full of traffic, smog and then more traffic, but coming across this little beauty got us so excited for picnics and more discoveries to come!!

This is so awesome! I wish I had a motorcycle. Or at least a scooter! Something to ride around the city in the beautiful Spring weather.

There are tons of beautiful untouched places in SoCal. (believe it or not). come visit the Ventura/Ojai/Santa Barbara region. I Live in Ojai: Open fields, huge mountains, a lake, rivers, water holes, winding roads, creeks, pine trees, nature nature nature! (not to mention great beaches really close by!)
