The last few pictures are of our friend Krishna and his family. We met him on the train and got to spend a full day with him in Varanasi. He took us to some Buddha sites and was so generous to us. He bought us our tickets, drinks, and a beaded bracelet to remember our time with him. That night he took us into his wife's mother's home where they fed us. It was something that I never thought would happen, being welcomed into an Indian home and having dinner with them. We didn't know what we did to deserve such treatment. They bought us every type of Indian treat, street food, and meal to try and we were stuffed full by the end of it. Looking back on it I don't know how we were so lucky to cross paths with him, we were blessed throughout our travels. We will forever be friends with him and his family. We still talk and hope to meet up again one day in India!

What a nice family to have so much hospitality to a foreign couple! Makes me happy when you know there are such good people out there.
This is good post but you visit in India so You can arrive Kashmir tourismand Leh Ladakh tour packages by road or flight. Flight is good for travelling and this will save your time but if you enjoy your tour completely than you will choose by road to Ladakh. Very well constructed roads and highways is made between the mountains which makes your journey superior.
