This past weekend I flew back to California to shoot a wedding and spend time with my mother. I took a break bringing my camera along with my family, mainly to save me from feeling completely overwhelmed with editing. I have a few weddings of my own plus some of EPlove's to get done as soon and my little hand can get to it. I was able to go to the beach with my family, eat my fav. fish tacos, shop at Ikea, eat sushi with my momma, see my sister's new house, eat mother's day steak dinner with my family, play with my niece & nephews and of course, have a sleep over with my little niece Savi, we're best friends and I love it.
Although California was great I missed my Landon so much and felt bad for how lonely he was here in Georgia. But when I got home last night he surprised me with a printer for mother's day!... no I'm not pregnant, or obviously a mother, I just have a sweet sweet husband. Thanks baby, now I can get
all of my work done from home.

And yeah, we all need a break sometimes. Leaving your camera at home is the just amount of weight off of your shoulders. I'm glad you had a nice weekend.
