+ books. hand crafted, that is.

i am currently in a book arts class which is quite the fun little crafty class anyone could take!

we have learned 3 different ways of book making so far and here are my three:

1. a simple small pamphlet & i foil pressed my own name into it

2. i binded my syllabus into a book! what class have you ever done that in?!

to be technically correct we french sewed the pages together

3. i made a book from an old leather jacket and used the long stitch technique

so fun! i think i will most definitely pick this up as a new hobby & have hand-crafted books EVERYWHERE.
