last May i put in a hair wrap for a little extra zing to my hair... yeah some of you might be thinking how '5th grade'... but i loved it. well, since i went swimming a lot over the summer it started slipping out so i would push the thread back up and in result to that, it created a dread.
yes a real live, thick, knotted, disgusting to some of you, dread.
i actually enjoyed it and not many people you meet can say they have had dreads...but now i can honestly say i have... and a clean one at that. well all of my other hair was starting to get caught up in it and if i let it go too long i would of had to chop off all of my hair!
for a bittersweet ending,
i cut it out last night and took a few photos on my mac. i know my mother and family will be happy but a part of me will miss my little best friend.
and of course... i put in another hair wrap... i'm hooked and figured i will always have one in my hair until i need to grow up and get married. ha
