Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day was amazing as always.  Momma's recipes, yummy aromas, and lots of family.  My mother is the best comfort cook out there so every gathering tastes great but this one in particular was perfect.  We always smoke a turkey and cook one in the oven as well- double the turkey, double the deliciousness I like to think.  I worked on the table settings and had cute walnut name holders as well as burlap table mats and runner.  We've been having breakfast, lunch, and dinner thanksgivings for the last five days and are now ready to somehow work off those well earned pounds.
